TakeDirectMailLeadByRefId

Convert a Direct Mail record to a lead by Ref Id

password	string	LeadManager password of agent
refId	string	A unique ref id associated with the Direct Mail record to convert
assignToAgentId	int	The id of the agent to assign to.
